PLEASE READ OUR CANCELATION POLICY BELOW BEFORE BOOKING.
Your appointments are very important to us, it is reserved especially for you. We understand that schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for cancelations or rescheduling. After 2 times of no shows, late arrivals, or less than 24 hour notice we require a credit card on file.
Please understand that when you miss your appointment or cancel/reschedule without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 2 business days in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you may have booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.
-Less than a 24 hour notice will be charges 50% of the service scheduled.
-"NO SHOWS" will be charged 100% of the service scheduled.
-Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will be charged 50% of the service scheduled.
We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, after 10 minutes late, depending on the circumstances we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your appointment. A cancellation fee may apply.
